Min graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. Min gained seven years of international Well Engineering experience, specialising in casing design, HPHT wells, well control engineering and well integrity management at a Singapore based consultancy.

Since joining the loss adjusting profession in 2015, Min has been involved in a variety of well control claims in both the traditional on and offshore oil and gas environments, in addition to coal bed methane and geothermal wells. Min has since broadened her scope to handle various claims in offshore construction and operational environments.
