Roberta holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineer from Rio de Janeiro State University (UERJ), a postgraduate qualification in Petroleum Engineering, and a Master´s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-RIO).

Bringing over a decade of experience in the upstream oil and gas industry as a Schlumberger Field Engineer, Roberta principally worked on offshore drilling rigs performing well testing and oil sampling operations, and also had the opportunity to work abroad in Europe, West Africa and Brazil.

Having transitioned into energy loss adjusting in 2014, Roberta manages complex losses across the hydrocarbon and maritime industries in Brazil and across Latin America for international and domestic insurer clients. She joined SteegeXP as of Director for Brazil, in September 2025.
