Paul is a former RCMP and ICBC SIU officer with a recognised ability for detailed and extensive claim investigation ability, able to translate that experience into a thorough claim investigation with evidence-based reporting that has proven effective for trial preparation, either for subrogation or defence preparation as warranted. He has claims experience with heavy machinery within the Forestry, Mining, and Commercial transportation industries. Paul has a significant network within the inland marine logistics markets and has claims experience throughout the continental North American markets. He is Hazmat trained, certified and qualified to undertake environmental hazardous material exposure and liability claim exposures.
