Afifi graduated with an Honours Degree in Civil Engineering from the Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS, Malaysia. Afifi commenced his career in onshore civil construction before joining the oil and gas industry, specialising in Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation and Commissioning projects. Afifi brings over six years’ offshore experience to his role as a loss adjuster specialised in offshore CAR and Operational package claims. He has been regularly appointed as an Expert Witness and has given evidence concerning vessel contact with subsea architecture and pipelines.
