Doménica holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, Campus Monterrey (ITESM), and a Diploma in Power Electronics from ITESM, Monterrey Campus.

Doménica’s experience spans 10 years in the oil industry with Schlumberger, working internationally, primarily in the USA and Europe, and an additional 13 years in the electrical industry, with Mexico’s domestic electricity utility. As such, she has expertise in oil well services onshore, offshore, and inland waters, along with detailed knowledge of electrical distribution systems, electrical protection, and power quality.

Doménica joined SteegeXP in 2026 and serves to bolster our adjusting service offering in both Mexico and the rest of Latin America.
