Bing holds an Honours degree in Offshore Engineering from the Singapore Institute of Technology. He began his career as a topside structural engineer with an FPSO company before transitioning into Loss Adjusting. Since then, he has handled a broad portfolio of Construction All Risks, Operational, and Business Interruption claims. His technical expertise spans the oil & gas, marine, and renewable energy sectors.
