Caden graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Engineering) and joined SteegeXP in 2026 as a Loss Adjuster. Since joining, Caden has been supporting the investigation of complex energy losses, including upstream facilities and pollution-related incidents.
