Adriana holds an Honours degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of America in Bogota, Colombia and a Master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas.

With more than 25 years of experience in the energy industry; she specializes in the handling of complex engineering claims, both onshore and offshore.

Her extensive knowledge of the insurance industry at an international level has allowed her to lead business lines in LATAM, overseeing the development of regional service through operation, strategic management, planning and business development in the energy and engineering sectors.

Adriana joined SteegeXP as Director, Latin America, in October 2025.
