Neil holds a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Queens University, Belfast. After graduating, Neil gained 5 years of professional experience working in chemical engineering.

Neil transitioned his expertise to supporting in losses associated with project engineering in oil & gas operations. He has significant experience across the offshore construction and operational environments, together with ship builder’s risks and ship repairers liability claims across the Asia Pacific region and is highly regarded by a number of claims examiners in Singapore and London.
